This workshop is a learning environment designed to teach the principles behind our program. The focus is on losing fat, increasing energy and sparing muscle mass all throuhg changing your eating habits and behaviors. We will also dissect a food label and you'll learn uniquie tips and tools that you can start using immediately to improve your health and wellness.
