We are very excited about the new Fit3D scanner because it provides so much valuable data to our clients. This workshop will give you a breakdown of how the machine scans you, what all the data means, and how you can use it to help keep you on track and monitor your progress.

We will have fitness expert join us so you can learn how to tone your muscles while on Phase 1. What is the right amount of exercise for you? What type should you do? How do you maximize results of weight loss and keep muscles strong and lean? All of these FAQ’s will be addressed, leaving you with some specific daily exercises to tone up! There may be light participation, so wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

The owners of Saporito Oil, Vinegar and Spice will be here to present an educational class about different types of olive oils and how to select a quality oil. They will also bring a selection of vinegars that they sell in thier local store. Come and taste the difference! Some items will be Phase 1 appropriate, others for maintenance but this will wake your senses and you will be loving your good with these enhancements.
